There are so many of you on here who are veterans. Soooo... THANK YOU!!!!!! Frankly, I think that's one thing that makes this site so freaking wonderful: there are so many of you on here who have had skin in the game with regards to protecting our country's freedoms. I never served. I am damned grateful to those of you that have. Have a blessed weekend.

I'm right there with you, and couldn't have said it better myself. Thank you for articulating my sentiments so well, and I am deeply grateful for all of you veterans who served.

Hey, I just read this thread................all 1400 pages. Veterans Day is tomorrow. It should be called Veteran's Day...................I joined VFW a few years ago, but attended my first meeting recently. Soooo many young people that I identified with..........................Wow. Heroes......The star shells, the night, the horrific sounds of bullets breaking the sound barrier just over your head.............kind of thought only some of us old men knew what I had hidden for 50 years plus..............but they know. They know it too. I salute all the youngsters from the Middle East...............be stong, stay well, eat what you have killed, know your place in Nature's Chain, hunt often....and remember always............................YOU WERE SOLDIERS........(and BTW.....I lied, I didn't read all this BS)........FWB

Every now and then Bill Maher needs a standing ovation. Because he is a liberal, albeit a traditional one, his voice on a subject like this far more powerful than a Hannity or Ann Coulter could ever hope to be.

For you miltech junkies the new B21 just took its first flight. It is a rather amazing weapon system that I am proud to say is being built by my old company Northrop Grumman. Because these are always cost plus contracts (the government actually prefers them because they can incrementally change the design because of that Moore's Law thing) production is never to original cost and schedule. When the contract was awarded in 2015, the first test flight was supposed to be in 2021, but scope change negotiations were already underway at the time of award. In short, both the Air Force and Northrop have done remarkably well for the first aircraft to fly in 2023.

Another of these short clips that tells a great deal.

As most of you know, Ukraine does not have the air power capability to carry out either battlefield interdiction or close air support missions. To compensate for that, they have become incredibly innovative in the use of civilian drones. The most effective are quad copters carrying a RPG warhead. The warhead will penetrate armor, and the blast effect is lethal on nearby troops.

Following the news I saw on other portals, I already checked what wikipedia says about this high tech plane.
Although I am not high tech aficionado, I prefer more simple mechanical staff rather then jet engines and electronics - I prefer more to take a peek in fine rifles.

Off to a Remembrance Day ceremony. To remember some of the finest men I have known. My grandfather, WW1 Infantry. My father HMCS navy WW2. My great uncle lost his leg at Vimy Ridge and finally my late best buddy who served in Vietnam. May their sacrifice always be remembered.

My grandfather was a courier in WW I. I did not for many years realize that made him a target for snipers. One day he ran a dispatch down the trenches and up to the command center to a general...it read, "Armistace has been signed, the war is over."

Headline on Fox. And cheating young men in the current convoy heading to the US.

Now I am all for hard working people coming here to work and improve the lot of themselves and their families.

But this not that. This is the Liberal Democratic party violating the Countries laws, importing votes to go along with loose voting rules in order to take over this Country.

Looks like the IDF are putting pressure on Hamas HQ. It will be interesting to see how many Hamas leaders will have fled.

Hamas seems to be doing better in the large cities of the West than they are doing in Gaza.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
