Just for your casual curiosity my daughter in law is a board certified internal medicine physician with multiple years of experience and we discussed this subject at length.

FDA for you can be laughing stock but with the absence of any other legal authority physicians has to follow their guidelines including yours hopefully.

Ivermectin is an FDA-approved broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent with demonstrated antiviral activity against a number of DNA and RNA viruses, including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Despite this promise, the antiviral activity of ivermectin has not been consistently proven in vivo. The test are ongoing.

I'm sure in due time it might be proven to be effective against multiple viral diseases.

And NO this is not sarcasm but the current reality!

I am very sorry to hear this. I am not a Dr., so take my opinion for what it’s worth, I took Ivermectin. I like to think that it helped.

Often, when a medication like Ivermectin has conflicting results, and some physicians and their patients swear that it was life saver...and others say it did nothing....there is a reason. Studies weren't designed well, or patients had some significant but difficult to determine difference, (genotype/phenotype/other) that allowed some to be cured, others unaffected. We just don't know how to select the correct candidates...yet. Many studies of Ivermectin chose moribund patients that were on respirators, and could not be saved by Jesus himself. So the data was meaningless. This is a great medication. For whom and for exactly what is yet to be determined. And no, physicians are not required to follow FAA guidelines. But my only complaint about the FAA and CDC during the Covid pandemic, was their failure to allow ANY scientific study or debate. And that was solely because President Trump discussed alternative therapies. And TDS is epidemic in dems., but common sense seems to cure TDS.........FWB

I have anecdotal evidence that Ivermectin worked, and had an effect on the virus. People that tested positive and their spouses took a dose by body weight immediately and that person never contracted Covid. A very small sample of course. But my personal experience also showed that the Covid shots did not stop transmission, or severity.

As we all witnessed. It was primarily a disease of Comorbidity. Obesity being number one. Compromised immunity IE; various arthritis, asthma ETC

But the government, legacy media and Social Media squashed all contradictory information.
They wouldn’t even consider or discuss who was most at risk.

It seems like a long time ago that we were subjugated by Government and media.

The real damage they caused is a large increase in people that don’t trust vaccines and or anything the government tells them.
