The US ( Trump ) adminstration determined him a criminal even though a judge within his power provided him protected status in a US court and he has no criminal convictions. Thinking someone is guilty of a crime has never in itself been sufficent to imprison some one. If someone thinks you are guilty and that is enough to be imprisoned then we should all be getting nervous.

As far as supporting him he was providing a service and making a living he did not need to be supported.
So, are you offering to host this illegal alien in your house? If not, remember he is an illegal alien who broke US law by entering this country illegally. Him being a MS-13 gang leader should scare the crap out of any same person, especially those with daughters!

Finally, the President sets foriegn policy for the USA, not judges.

No proof of him being a MS13 gang leader. If you do show me.

btw, the "maryland dad" did get due process, 2 separate courts found him a MS13 member and he had a deportation order on him. the judge that wanted him returned is just being a jack wagon. the judges daughter i believe gets paid for representing illegals in some fashion.
It’s definitely a weird cause for the democrats to be so hung up on. It’s the same kind of tone deaf nonsense that cost them the election.

We’ll see how that works for them in the midterms. Much is made about Trump self immolating but the fact the dems have, apparently, managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory twice causes me to wonder if they have enough self awareness to actually make gains in the midterms. I’m unconvinced based on their political focus thus far.

The average American doesn’t consider the fate of an illegal alien, gang member to be of great constitutional import since they are neither of those things yet I see democrats trying to frame this in a “if it can happen to him it can happen to you” light. The average American voter is neither of those things, so why should they care?

Yet they paint this as a crisis that will somehow end in actual Americans getting sent abroad and a devolution into a Russian style police state. I think this is a losing issue for them. The right is happy to see him deported and the middle doesn’t care. Only the far left sees themselves in a wife-beating, member of ms-13.

Except Trump is openly talking about it now!

From the article posted above

"Xinis questioned the evidence an immigration judge used to determine that Abrego Garcia is a gang member. She said in a ruling that he has no criminal record in the United States or El Salvador and that the “‘evidence’ against Abrego Garcia consisted only of his Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie, and a vague, uncorroborated allegation from a confidential informant claiming he belonged to MS-13’s ‘Western’ clique in New York — a place he has never lived.” "

Was he here illegally?

Do you believe in due process?

For American citizens? Absolutely...!

For illegal aliens and terrorists? Absolutely not!

I did a quick search, but I count find any of your posts condemning the unconstitutionality of the Biden Administration violating the due process of J-6er's... Where was your outrage over the denial of due process over ACTAUL American citizens?

I believe in the constitution and the law ( our judicial system ).
He had a “withholding” placed on him by an immigration judge which means he had a temporary stay of deportation and couldn’t be deported to his country of origin but would be deported to somewhere else. Now that MS-13 has been declared a “Terrorist Organization” he was allowed to be sent home, home being El Sal…….. having been declared a “Terrorist” he got locked up by that, his home countries, government for safe keeping as not not worry about some questionable senators motives for human smuggling his happy ass back to the U.S. and be charged with a felony for a second attempted unlawful reentry after having been lawfully deported……

So where does it say specifically who is and who is not protected by the 14th amendment?
It states the governments repsonsibiliy not the individuals repsonsibility only thier rights
You do believe in the constitution, right?

I believe in the "literal" interpretation of the Constitution... I do not, nor will I ever believe in the whatever the SCOTUS liberal minorities' interpretation is likely to be...

Again, where is/was your outrage of the denial of due process for the J-6er's? Do you actually believe in the Constitution as it applies to actual American citizens, or are you just another liberal hypocrite?

Pretty evident they attacked the capital - I have none, they went through our legal system and were found guilty of what they were charged with. So you support insurrectionists?

I believe that the constitution apllies to anyone in our country.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
