Portable reloading outfit I fabricated

Ha!
He's in Virginia, not Texas.
And it's a reloading bench, not a BBQ smoker. ;)
A Texan would have incorporated a BBQ pit into it somewhere!

You just thought up a new business opportunity.
Call it "BULLETS & BBQ"...we smoke it, you reload it.

I wouldn't call that portable. and this is a whole lot easier and more portable:

When I go to the range, on occasion I've taken a Lee handpress, which works okay for neck sizing and seating bullets. the main problem that I have is using a balance beam scale is really a pain in even the slightest breeze. Does anyone have a suggestion? I've wondered if electronic scales will be accurate with a breeze.

More than a few of the electronic scales run from a battery pack. A small box that surrounds the weighing setup on all but one side helps.

Well thought out ... if you want to lose weight you can replace the walrus that holds the case trimmer, with a wooden base held by screws.
