Roe Deer Pictures

Congrats for those very good two trophies, Roe and muntjack, two species that have taken my dreams in the last times.......!!!!

This doe was shot back in February she had lost a rear leg but she had grown an antler in velvet of about two inches

Looks like the result of getting its leg caught in a fence. It looks like it has healed up well though. What was her body weight?

she dressed out at 24lb if she had stood still in the cover and not tried to climb up the bank I would not of noticed the missing leg

Does the velvet horn groew up on the opposite side of the wounded leg.....????

Yes opposite to missing leg side she also was carring a single fawn

Thank you Dudders, one more time there is a proof that wounds or injurys in legs or genitals organs can disturb and could be a cause of stranges no normal formations in some antlers deers....!!!!

Thanks....!!!

Wow.....this is wath I call a awesome Roe Buck Show Room right here in our site......great and thanks boys......I love Roe Bucks....I allways think they are very close parents with our South American Brocket Deer.....!!!!

You guys are killing me with all these roe deer pictures.

My girlfriend and I had a few days of Roe buck hunting in Sweden and came home one week ago.
She shot her first Roe buck and it was her second Roe deer ever(as she shot a fawn last year).
It is not the biggest trophy for trophy hunters, but it was a great trophy for her and me :)
A young 4 point buck.

I shot a decent older buck myself that most likely had past his prime as a high scoring buck.
