Dear brickburn! The only reason because I hunt the boars is for the MEAT... There is no other cause....
I use them in a lot of different ways!.... like the cow meat

We have no wild boar or hogs here and I have never hunted one.
I have butchered plenty of hogs, just not the wild variety.

OK... it´s not the same taste... the jabali is better than the domestic hog, either the wildgoh too... Very good meat!
Tha barbe cue of wild boar ("asado" like we named it in Argentina) it´s one of the best terrenal pleasures!
