SOUTH AFRICA: Hunt Report Umziki Safaris - KwaZulu Natal

This is my first post. I am more of a reader then a talker.

My wife and I just returned from a safari with Umziki Safaris. This was our 2nd trip to Africa and felt that I must give a report of the wonderful experience we had.
Umziki Safaris is run by Evan Couzens. I felt he was one of the most honest gentlemen I have hunted with in any country. The animals we took were well above average in my opinion. I have vision problems and Evan worked with me and made both my wife and me successful on our hunt. We saw a lot of game in both locations we hunted. The hunt took place in KwaZulu-Natal. We took 10 animals. Buffalo, waterbuck, kudu and nyala, reedbuck, bushbuck, to name a few. The hunt was professional the skinners and trackers were excellent. The property was very large. There was an abundance of game.
For example, we passed on 24 mature Nyala bulls before taking one. I can only say this has been the best hunt I have had in my life. Other hunts in Africa, Alaska, Canada and the lower 48 were not as good or as professional as this one. Any need or concern we had was sorted out by Evan. Highly recommend Umziki Safaris.
