SOUTH AFRICA: Huntershill Safaris Treated Us Like Royalty & We Filled Every Animal On Out List

Well folks our trip has come and gone. We spent 2 weeks in South Africa. One week at HH and one week traveling. Let me just say that HH did not disappoint. We were treated like royalty. We filled every animal on our list and even added a cull eland for the wife. Boyce was our PH along with Mutile and Smiley as our trackers. I will have their names down every time we return on our contracts. I don't want to use the word (expectations) due to this being our 1st rodeo to SA but they took every hope and dream we had about this trip put it on a huge rocket and sent shot them past the moon. Boyce put us on exceptional animals. Boyce is a seasoned Ph and he knows how to have a great time! We laughed sooooooo hard!!! I harvested 8 animals my wife got her beautiful Blue Wildebeest and ostrich and her aunt got a beautiful stallion zebra and ostrich. The food is phenomenal!!! Oh and Pascal I asked Boyce about you and he had nothing but the upmost respect for you. Here are pics from our trip of a lifetime. The first of many! But in a nutshell folks...book with HH you will NOT be sorry!!! My steenbok was my last animal on my list and after I shot it I had to fight back a tear and struggled to do so because I knew my list was complete.

Thank you very much. Ya the was a huge cull cow. The horns measured 30" I was told. That was a last minute decision so we could try Eland. We had everything else except Eland and I heard that was the best steak you would ever have...Now I know for a fact it is. She shot it at 4:30 and it was on the brie to our plates at 7:30. AMAZING!!! That impala is exceptional I can't wait to get it scored. The Gemsbok will also be getting scored for sure. He is a 38" bull and I can't get my hands around the bases. I'm very curious as to what he will score!!!
