SOUTH AFRICA: My Cape Buffalo Hunt With TSALA HUNTING SAFARIS!

Congratulations on such a wonderful hunt and tremendous buffalo! Brandon and the entire Tsala staff are tops in my book!!

Thanks for sharing your dream if I may ask how is your health doing think we need another report of your next hunt in 2025 or 2026?

Now that's a survivors story ! ...and a great reminder that life is for living. I can relate to your medical foray quite easily. Great animals you have taken and kudos to your wife for taking care of you. I hope that kidney last a very very long time .

Wow...what a buffalo!! Congratulations to you for the bull and the new kidney!! Keep on hunting for years to come in good health.

A touching story with a happy ending. It makes us all think that we are mortal and should try to take our chances.

As Omar Khayyam wrote, if I don't drink wine today, when? You did it. You managed to drink wine, and it's very good.

Be healthy and hunt for many more years.

This is the picture my wife took when I knelt down and touched my bull for the first time. There were many emotions that let go at this point, the joy of the hunt, the lifetime of dreaming of this day, and the fact that even with all that I had gone through health wise, I was in Africa and my Bull was in the salt!

Thankyou to everyone who has given me such kind words of encouragement, it is truly appreciated!

If I have learned anything the last few years, it is that tomorrow is not a guarantee. Congrats on your recovery and an outstanding buffalo.

Saw a good looking knife you posted a pic of with the watermelon. Can I ask the make? Looks like you hunted with Guav Johnson? We overlapped in the Save once. Would like to hunt with him one day..
