Swivel mounts

I picked up a Mauser rifle a few months ago and pulled it out today. Noticed the sling mounts are broke but I have no idea what they are called to look for replacements .
Anyone able to identify these are help on where to look for replacements

Bumping . Anyone familiar with these ? I’d like to get something similar to keep the character of the gun.
