Temprature going up in the Desert Southwest

I took this photo today in Phoenix of my Car temperature gauge for the outside temp at 2:50 pm. 108, official high today shows 98, of course the humidity was 17%

56 for a high in Green Bay, WI.

Mine didn't show that high arizona, only 99 on mine.
