About Rockin G Ranch

Rockin G Ranch, a Texas born and bred, family owned hunting outfitter located just outside of historic Turkey Texas. We offer hunt packages for whitetail, mule deer, pronghorn, wild hogs, exotics, Rio Grande turkey, and wing shooting.

The ranch consists of 2,000 of both low and high fenced acres for 23 different species of game and a 20 acre fishing pond stocked with largemouth bass, crappie, blue gill, and channel catfish.

The Rockin G Ranch is owned and operated by Kris and Erik Grimland. Both Kris and Erik are passionate about the outdoors and have years of hunting and fishing experience.

We offer a family friendly hunting experience. All of our staff are friendly professionals who are on hand to provide you with the experience of a lifetime.

Erik Grimland

Operations Manager

Erik is an avid outdoorsman. He has spent his life hunting and fishing. He has many years of experience hunting everything from African game to North American waterfowl. Erik, not only handles the day-to-day operations, but also books the hunts, guides hunts, and guides fishing trips. He is a veteran Police Officer and has achieved the rank of Corporal. He manages every detail of your hunt to ensure the absolute best experience possible.

Kris is an international sportsman who is passionate about the outdoors.

My opinion of the Rockin G is no secret on here. I had an absolute blast hunting with @gizmo last year and would highly recommend his lodge. He is a great host. I was also fortunate enough to meet Bud and Wade and they proved that Texas folk are as great as any people I have ever met! Would love to go back in the future and see the new animals that are available to hunt!

The material is some of this is a bit out dated. I'm working with Sonja to get it up to date.
We are actually now 2,000 acres and offer both low and high fence hunting.
There are now 3 lakes and we are working on building a 4th. We also have a live creek that runs through the middle of us. Once the 4thlake is complete we will have fishing in 3 of the 4 as well as the creek.

No need for the lottery, our prices are very reasonable. And some stack pedestal mounts are great space savers.

I was going to go down next week, but had to postpone my trip to the ranch. New fencing improvements got started. This time next year I plan to take the family down there.
Just gives me more time to decide which of those beautiful sheep I want the most! I will be sending this weekend's quarry to Erik for beautification though
