Thoughts on my bow set-up

Love the shot on the Wartie!

Great stuff, really nice to have the shots on video!

Well done! Namibia is a bowhunters paradise

The three most important things for success bow hunting in Africa are shot placement, shot placement and shot placement.

Look at the shot placement threads on this forum and study the pictures. Aim for the triangle created where the shoulder bones point forward. You don't want to aim behind the shoulder, you want to aim on the shoulder.

This is absolutely correct. Also, listen to your PH when in the blind...

Your setup is good.

Agagia is one of the top places to bowhunt in Namibia, would love to go there! Congrats on some great animals and good shooting!

Looks like its nice and dry not a lot of grass in the back ground awesome bowhunting

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
