Hi All

Interested in your views of your election?

World markets seemed not to take the news to well.

What you got to say?

What do I say? Unbelievable! (Still not there yet though). Now I have to figure out how much I lost in the market and hope it all comes back in the next month or so!

Seems like the World Market takes a nose dive every USA election year, no matter which crook or corrupt party wins each Presidential election in this country.
Kinda pathetic really.

On the topic of elections, I voted for that clown D. Trump, not because he might make a fine President, rather because the clownette, Hitlary C. would make such a horrible one.

Looking forward to forgetting about political campaigns in my face, for awhile (until next election year).

I am not one to brag but I called this some time ago here on one thread or another and for the exact same reasons he won. This was the anti establishment vote! HRC is the epitome of establishment. Trump is the antithesis of the establishment. I admit to having some doubts about the outcome, I almost fell for the poll gag again. And I won $50 from a range buddy! First time I will have won a bet with this guy, yea!!

No more Clintons!! Yeeehawwwww!!!!!!!!!

I'm still stunned. Like others, I voted for Trump not because I thought he was the perfect candidate, but more because I believed our country could not withstand 4 years of Hillary, heaven forbid 8 years.

They say it's usually the squeaky wheel that gets greased, but I believe this is an example of when the silent majority made their presence known.

The biggest bullet we dodged, IMO, is the upcoming Supreme Court appointment(s). Had Hillary been able to appoint a liberal justice to replace Scalia, and possibly others, the interpretation of the Second Ammendment would have been at stake.

I think Trump has a golden opportunity to go to Washington without all of the political ties that others have traditionally had, and make some positive changes to this country such as bringing manufacturing jobs back into our country, reforming the tax code, and putting the brakes on the economic free-fall that we have been put into by years of frivolous spending and mismanagement. Only time will tell if he lives up to what he's been preaching, or if he just falls in line like most of the politicians before him.

The impression I get is that the avg middle class American just got so tired of all the leftest policies and focus and want to be heard and acknowledged as the majority.

I think anyone who would have run against Hilary would have won.

At least that's the perception I get.

Help me if I am wrong.

Now will be the time to buy stock! Market futures down overnight but it will not stay that way.
HRC or Hilda Beast as some call her would have been very bad for gun ownership! Simply put she would have changed the Supreme Court make up for a generation to come and in a very liberal way. Now Trump will no doubt have the chance to do the same but hopefully he will appoint very conservative justices. No matter what the man has to govern now and he must surround himself with smart people to help him do just that. I understand the governor of New Jersey is leading up the transition team. Trump will now be the President of all Americans not just those of us tired of Washington cramming things down our throat! Those that supported HRC are Americans and will not have the President of their choice but he will still be their President. Oh and both houses of congress are controlled by his party.......hope they can get on the same page and do good for everyone!
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

It was a late night at the blues house for sure. As the results were coming in I couldn't believe that he just could win this. I voted for Trump of course, does he have his short comings absolutely. But what was the other choice?, the career criminal, liar, and phony? No thanks. Hillary supporters wake up this morning to shock and fear ,while Trump supporters wake up to hope for a better country, the country most of us grew up with. A stronger prosperous and respected country. Donald do what you said you would do. Drain the swamp! Bring back jobs, protect us, protect the second amendment, . Americans have shown their displeasure with the direction Obama has taken us. Time to get back on the right road. REPEAL O bama care ! Donald don't disappoint us!! God bless America.

Well, I've been working the phones at a campaign office, waving signs on the street, and sending e-mails to the people in my precinct . People were angry at how the elite Repubs did not support DT. Many threats to leave the Party.
That was the common theme!
Loyalty matters to us and people need to remember that.

Market always dives, will come back. Thankfully enough people have had enough with the current administration flushing America and its values down the toilet! At least some common sense came back to America in this vote, Very glad Trump won

GOD Bless America!

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
