I’ll BBQ all year round. I use natural gas though, no bottles to worry about!

I tried last night and failed. In the last few weeks we had two big dumps of snow and -20s temps. Then it warmed up to +5 for a few days. Then rain turning to snow and temp falling into the -20s again. My propane tank ran dry just as I was putting the sausages on the grill. When I tried to pull it out it was frozen in. We were in a hurry to eat and get to my stepdaughter’s band concert and it was too cold to fight with it so the sausages went in the oven. Natural gas sounds better all the time.

Yesterday at this time 8:20AM CT it was 74, this morning it’s 36. Not really that cold but huge fluctuations have wrecked the sinuses.

That 10 degrees might come later this winter in Jan/Feb when the Polar Vortex drops down like it did in Feb. 2021. No humidity though. LOL

60F here today and close to that tomorrow and 40-50s through Christmas. Feels like the Bahamas? LOL

Made it to 40°F by noon. Then it tried to snow and the tempts started dropping.

Around 29°F overnight. Saturday predictions hi: 36°F lo: 19°F. Sunday predictions hi: 39°F lo: 21°F. Spring tempts start Monday in the 40's. I'll be in Northern Kentucky on Tuesday Christmas Eve and Wednesday Christmas Day where the weather forecast is: Tues 47°/ 37° cloudy, Wed 50°/40° overcast.

Yeah it was -24C here yesterday and supposed to be +3C on Christmas. It’ll sure make a mess.
