Hello Northern Shooter
There are many outfitters on this site that offers excellent packages that will fall within your parameters.
My advice would be to limit your taxidermy costs by only doing European mounts and/ or rugs.
Also the majority of the taxidermy bill (except deposit) will only come a year after your safari so it is not all in the same year.
If you book your airline tickets in the low or shoulder season you should be able to get it under $2 000 (US). April and May are beautiful months in the Kalahari. Everything is lush and green and lots of animals are in rut then.
See attached below our E-Brochure and pricelist with package hunts.
On the package hunts you can change the package around to suit your needs.
Say you do not want a warthog and / or an Impala then you get a credit towards those animals you do not want and can use the credit towards any other animal(s) that you like.
So you can adapt any of the packages to suit your needs.
Enjoy the planning portion of your safari.
It is part of the fun.
Sincerely
Hans de Klerk
