Just let the PH’s on here weigh in…sure we like to make less money by taking more European clients’…brilliant!!! What’s the time of year when most European clients are scheduled for hunts? End of season!!! Shocker
(Obviously, there are exceptions regarding European clients that tip well. It’s supply and demand, a PH only has so many days in the field. All things being equal they would prefer clients that tip).

I don’t think so. The lead PH for Jarandi is Andreas who goes by Andy. The post was by “Andy Jay” who has his picture in the middle of a circle saying Jarandi Safaris South Africa.

The only thing I've seen specifically was a post on Facebook by Jarandi Hunting in RSA saying they will be raising their prices 30% for Americans. Seems rather stupid to piss off customers from your largest market.

I’ve personally never heard of them and have never seen them at DSC or SCI…

I’m going to say it’s a pretty safe bet they don’t cater to American clients at all and largely rely on the European market for customers…

In other words Andy is full of shit..

It’s hard to tack 30% on to a customer you never had nor were going to have in the future..

Just a shit talker with no actual skin in the game..

I hate to say it but in my opinion he is right.

I have a number of relatives that are perfectly happy in their go nowhere jobs sitting behind the counter of a convenience store.

But then I have one that pretty much everyone in the family had given up with. He had such a hard time with his family that he lived with his grandparents for a year, I think that his grandpa straightened him out quite a bit. Last year he started his own excavation company. His motto on his business cards say, "No job to big or small, we'll take them all" And from what I saw starting this spring he is standing behind it.
