ZAMBIA: Takeri Private Reserve First Hunt Of The Season Sable & Reedbuck Just Taken

Just got the photo of the second sable that was taken on this hunt......a monster 48.5 inches on both sides and 10.25 inch bases.

Very impressive . . . nice to see the lechwe as well.
 
Amazing animals all! Hell I was impressed with that 40" sable, but that 48" is just beyond words...

The bigger one taken on this hunt was 45 inches. Italian client who also came last year..he brought his grandson and he took the one with slightly broken horn

Yeah Patsy didn't do too bad :D.....unfortunately I wasn't there as at moment have to be able to be in contact with bloody lawyers.... So in Lusaka mostly for a bit......

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.
