Beautiful chocolate Bushbuck ram. This ram had massive bases, with a simply magnificent coat to go with it. These are the heartbeat of the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.
Its excellent! Very similar to beef, but with a 2/10 fishy taste on every third chew. Someone mentioned that they would try making crackling with it. That would be interesting.
If you are willing to travel to the Eastern Cape, we can assist. Cape Grysbuck is a nocturnal hunt, so it won't be as simple for just a day hunt. You will need a few nights to hunt one. Blue Duiker can be 1-2 days from a blind or over hounds.
