AH Dinner at DSC 2018.....what night? Other feedback?

I did miss it my first DSC and wished I could have gone (family obligations so didn't feel bad, but only realized the next year how much fun I missed).

Yeah, I bought one in Houston the next week that was the exact same color and the guy got it from Dallas. I told the ole boy I deal with down here that if my key works in it than I was going up to Dallas and shoot his buddy in the face. Key didn't fit!

Downtown Dallas after dark you are asking for your car broken into. The last conference that I attended was at the Sheraton Dallas, several of the attendees had their vehicle broken into. Surprising considering we all have special license plates, you would think that the thief's would avoid those vehicles considering we hold their future in our hands. But then it does keep us employed.

Yeah that is the way the post reads. Actually our dump of an apartment that you can see from I-30 was in GP. My truck was parked there. We were up in the Ozarks in northern Arkansas for our honeymoon.......an equally smokin hot destination, but at least there were trees!

It's really not that bad..... I'm down there all the time. Most of the asshole smash & grabs are looking for handguns, purses & briefcases. If it is of that much concern we can hire security.

Can't speak for spike, but I believe the plan is to have the venue a bit longer than last year.

Tim, glad to see you got John Sharp to attend! I invited him last year to be my guest and attend the dinner, but the timing didn't work for him. My travel schedule is a bit up in the air for January 2018, but it's looking like I won't be able to attend.

I figured the scheduling might be tough for John, so I started asking him nearly 5 months ahead of time!

As of right now he says he can make it happen!
