Bags are packed...let's go!

Yes, this is the week before the big WTA group arrives. We were invited to join them in the peak of the roar but this week worked better for me. I'm pretty jazzed to be getting there after so many years of working on it. It's the 3rd attempt counting the Covid mess.

Youre going to have a great time I am sure...

Truly a wonderful country.. beautiful landscapes.. friendly people.. INCREDIBLE FOOD (go on a diet RIGHT NOW.. lose 5 lbs before you get on the plane... you're going to put 8 on while you're there! lol)... and excellent hunting opportunities..

And while you wont have a chance to see much of it this time around.. BA is a great city as well..

Im typically not a "city" vacationer.. Im very reluctant to spend much time in cities while trying to relax.. I live in one.. so I don't find them very appealing when Im trying to find something else to spend my time doing..

But I make sure to spend at least 1 full day in BA or the immediate surrounding area every time we go to Argentina.. We haven't run out of fun things to explore and experience there yet..

Interesting subject on having extra days...it's the one thing I don't do on every trip that I wish was different but it isn't very practical. Running a very full business schedule, anytime I take off has to be covered somehow. The more I take off, the more that has to be covered. So I work even more before and after each trip to make that happen. It's not ideal but it works out as long as the trips don't get too long. First world problems of owning your own business and being very active outside of work as well.

It’s been many years since I was in BA, but it’s a great city. I will be in Argentina this year too. Just a vacation trip to Patagonia that unfortunately was cancelled during COVID finally getting back around to that trip, unfortunately with a less days.

Have a great hunt.

Safe travels and happy hunting. I’ve been wanting to go since a buddy shot this one a couple years ago! Looking forward to your report!

Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
To much to political shit, to little Africa :-)
Spending a few years hunting out west then back to Africa!

Hello. If you haven't already sold this rifle then I will purchase. Please advise. Thank you.

I doubt you are interested in any trades but I was getting ready to list a Sauer 404 3 barrel set in the 10-12 price range if your interested. It has the 404J, 30-06 and 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. Only the 30-06 had been shot and it has 7 rounds through it as I was working on breaking the barrel in. It also has both the synthetic thumbhole stock and somewhere between grade 3-5 non thumbhole stock
