Put your cell phone on the dashboard in a holder and rock out to an AC/DC music video. No distractions there and you’ll fit in with the many other morons I see doing it. LOLCops can cite me for a broken windshield as dangerous equipment (vision impairment) but people can drive around with all manner of distracting obstructing debris dangling from their rear view mirror. I don't get it.
