Browning Love?

Cops can cite me for a broken windshield as dangerous equipment (vision impairment) but people can drive around with all manner of distracting obstructing debris dangling from their rear view mirror. I don't get it. :D
Put your cell phone on the dashboard in a holder and rock out to an AC/DC music video. No distractions there and you’ll fit in with the many other morons I see doing it. LOL

Since the 7mmRM is available maybe Browning should consider chambering for 375Ruger also.

Man this is timely with all the HH vs. Ruger talk going around. Doesn't make sense for them to. If anything, they will start 375HH again. In fact, they recently made a run of about 60 X-Bolts in 375HH for a specific retailer. Brand new, in box.

If mag box is long enough then H&H makes the most sense, but the Ruger would be same length as 7RM. Just thinking the R would be less cost to manufacture.

Browning already makes the X-bolt in the 300WM, 7RM. I believe, but could be wrong, it works in a standard magnum-length action.

I can check tonight. I'll put a 300WM mag up against the 3375HH.

7RM and 300WM should be max 3.340". The 375H&H should be 3.600 max. Not sure what OAL max in Browning magazime is.
A little rail work and maybe slight magazine widening should allow a 375R or 416R to feed from a 7RM or 300WM magazine. More complicated (expensive) if action needs to be opened up to fit a 3.600 oal cartridge.
Had a 7RM Zastava (commercial Mauser 98, standard length magnum) rebarreled to 375R, and not much was necessary to make it feed. Would have done 375H&H (availability of brass and already had H&H dies) but action needs to be milled open lengthwise which removes metal behind lower bolt locking lug. Ruger was easiest, cheapest and best option.

Limitless choices for your Browning products!

Sorry, I just had to troll today.

Too bad the tp doesn’t have the “Buckmark” logo stamped all over it? I’d buy some as gifts for my fellow Browning rifle owners. LOL I believe Winchester rifles made in Portugal have Browning Arms Company stamped on the barrel? Odd, because I thought the Belgian company FN Herstal owns both Browning and Winchester? Maybe they’re manufactured by Browning in Portugal? I can’t keep up with all of the bankruptcy sales/mergers of firearm and ammo companies.
