If Harris is able to give away $25k of printed or borrowed money for people that can not repay the mortgage. It will eventually lead to another real estate collapse.

Just as Biden is currently doing. She will ignore the Supreme Court and forgive college loans and give mortgage loans to unqualified people.

If you have more real estate than necessary. As soon as she is elected it may be a good time to sell real estate. Then when it craters. A good time to buy.

When Barney Frank badgered Bill Clinton into a similar idea that Harris is pushing. It did take more than one 4 year term to show the damage. Lenders were able to fend off the impending collapse by bundling the loans as junk. But the inevitable happened almost 8-10 yrs later. Dems have tried to rewrite history and blame the lenders. The federal government forced lenders to loan Money to people they knew coild never pay it back.

He’s a narcissist that’s why. He always was and always will be. A lot of Republicans voting for him are holding their nose. I’ve never seen a candidate who was not endorsed by some of his party members, ex secretaries and his vice president in my lifetime before.

That maybe ,inconsequential to me, like JOHN WASMUTH said what Politian isn't. more so consider Generals Mccarthur ,Eisenhower, Patton, Admiral Nimitz, LAWRENCE LIVINGSTON, all men who rose to the occasion because they had enough self worth to motivate themselves and dominate the task and opposition and grab victory from the jaws of defeat. Thank God such men lived and bore the burden of criticism and opposition or we would not still be a free country. great leaders are not made they are born, training just polishes what is already there, given by God.

I believe that the USA wanted and initiated the war. Then Russia escalated it. As planned and hoped for.
I don't believe that the killing will stop until we get the Biden-Harris regime out of office. The dems got rid of Joe for us. But we need to step up. Vote The Cackler out. If she was gonna stop the wars she would have. Didn't even try. Will Trump stop them? I don't know. But he DID open dialogue with Putin and Kim Jong Un. That's a start.

We did not came to this in 10-12 years, it started long before Obama.
We rank worst in education among developed countries and yes it'll be our demise and we're already on a one way street.

Vladimir Putin would be among those who heartily agrees with you. I do not, and I am hardly alone. A resurgent Russia allied with China represents a threat to our national interests that we will not have faced for nearly forty years. It boggles my mind that anyone can't comprehend something so obvious, and a national interest so compelling.

And that is why we need to reform the immigration system so that the higher educated folks that wish to come here can do so. Already, the majority of PhD candidates in universities are foreigners and we need to make it easy for them to stay here and work and build a life.

A sad anecdote from years past. When Amazon released the first Kindle, I was at a client's water treatment plant. I was giddy with joy and was literally jumping up and down as I was able to grab one before they were all sold out. The local superintendent was puzzled about my excitement, asked me why it was a big deal. I replied that I would not have to carry about ten pounds of books when I traveled. I then asked how many books he had read in the past year. His response was that he had started one, but he had a family so didn't have the time to continue.

I could offer a similar story about the arrival of digital text. I normally read two or three at a time - one by the bed - usually antiquarian, one on my iPad - usually history or international relations (currently Issac’s Storm), and a novel of some sort. I have never counted, but I easily complete a hundred a year.

At no point have I ever defended our trade policy with respect to China any more than I ever defended Europe's dependency upon Russian natural gas.
