Hell, we call that the banana belt of Montana after growing up in western MT!That is an awesome area for sure. Love Southwest MT...... The Madison, Ruby, Big Hole, Jefferson, Missouri, etc.... Love it up there! i couldn't do the winters though.
Had a buddy in West Yellowstone..... he told me that damn near every day of Winter, the nation's record low could/would be there. However, nobody is there to report it. Regularly, like -20...... with -50 not unheard of. F that noise!

Not meaning to go off topic, but at the end of the 2011 season, my boss "Nick", gave me a bonus.Yeah.... I got a friend that was owner for a while. I believe he has since, parted ways.
