Holy Hell! You'd better be careful of your bare feet while quenching red hot steel!!! Nice axe!

A good looking camp combination there Gert.

Ragman, I do not hold the hot axe with my bare feet, so they will not get burned ...:LOL::LOL::LOL:
Thank you Garry, yes my problem at this stage is that I already made a few camp knives for myself, and then another for myself and another .....how may is enough???:D:D:D

Members, with the assistance of my good friend Chris Moolman and with his guidance I am embarking on a training program for twelve calves to train them to be oxen for the next three years. I will commence with a new thread in this regards.http://www.**NOT**PERMITTED**.co.za/forums/images/smilies/thumb_up.gifhttp://www.**NOT**PERMITTED**.co.za/forums/images/smilies/happy0065.gif
Chris Moolman in action, he is assisting my good friend Herman Nel with inspanning the oxen. Chris Moolman is one of the last knowledgeable person to train oxen. He worked with oxen since he was a small boy. My aim is to commence with ox wagon hunts and camps in the near future..http://www.**NOT**PERMITTED**.co.za/forums/images/smilies/thumb_up.gif

Yes, Garry you are correct..I really think you then definitely need to join me for such a hunt..you can conduct forging knife making courses for the hunters...and definitely help me making food for the hunters...(y)(y)(y)
